Training Roles

Are you adventurous?

Volunteering with us could see you leading adventurous activities both in the field, demonstrating your commando spirit, or on the water outlining your naval aptitude.

Are you passionate?

The passion of our volunteers is the driving force behind our organisation, of which enables growth and further outreach to the young people of today. Previous cadet or military experience is not required, as we believe everybody has got something to offer.

Do you want to be a role model?

Recruiting from ages 8 - 17, our young members will look to you for guidance and support throughout their cadet careers. You will become the role models that they will aspire to be, and influence their direction both within and away from cadets.

Would you like to make a difference?

Then join us today. We will provide you with all the resources, support and opportunities to achieve all of the above.

Management Committee

Is training not for you?

Then how about joining our Management Committee.

This is made up of volunteers who wish to support the organisation in a different capacity to the training team.

This could see you helping to plan and run events, applying for grants, or ensuring policies and risk assessments are reviewed and up to date, all whilst still being a part of the Leicester Navy Cadet family.
